need help with shoes :)

I need help with shoes!  I have a wedding to go to in October in Vegas - the dress being "semi-formal".  I ordered a dress, and it fits (yay!), so I'm one step in the right direction.  But now I don't know what shoes to wear with it.

It looks mostly black, but there is some navy blue in there too.  The navy shows up when I move and the light catches it.  

So should I just go with black patent pumps like the model in the picture has on?  Or possibly nude pumps?  And what color of clutch?  As for jewelry, I was thinking just some sparkly earrings, no necklace, and maybe a bracelet.
